thegoats.org publishes ratings and rankings computed from the recorded history of the sport, along with a members community for discussion. The service is provided for information and entertainment.

Community features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Choose a display name that is not misleading and does not impersonate another person or organization. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

You keep ownership of the posts, comments, and images you create. By posting, you grant us a non exclusive license to store, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to share any image you upload. Do not post content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.

Do not abuse the service: no spam, no attempts to break, overload, or scrape the site outside of what we allow, no manipulation of votes or reputation, and no interference with other members. We run automated and human moderation and may remove content or accounts at our discretion to keep the community healthy.

The GOAT Rating and every ranking on this site are our own computed analysis. They are not official records, they are not affiliated with any promotion or sanctioning body, and they may differ from other rankings. We publish our methodology openly, but we make no guarantee that any number is complete or free of error.

The site design, the rating system, and our original content are ours. Fighter data is drawn from public records. Third party names, marks, and images belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary.

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free service is zero.
